The Peugeot 207 is bigger than the Peugeot 206 and has more safety features than
its predecessor. The European manufacturer is expecting the highly-styled 207 to
become a best seller. These vehicles are primarily available in the European market.
K&N Engineering's 57A-6035 Air Intake System for the Peugeot
207
K&N Engineering has developed a performance air induction system for the 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 Peugeot 207 with 1.6 liter turbo engine. K&N's
57A-6035 air induction system
takes advantage of the Apollo, a specially designed K&N air filter enclosure.
The protective shell of the Apollo reduces heat build up and feeds cool, free
flowing air into the engine to help improve performance. K&N apollo air intake design
has lower restriction than the factory air box resulting in additional power
while providing excellent filtration.
Custom designed mounting hardware is included in the K&N air intake system. The
brackets fit the Peugeot 207 and keep the air intake system securely
in place while driving. The
57A-6035
can be installed
easily, usually in 90 minutes or less and comes with the famous K&N Million Mile
Limited Warranty.
“W” The Women’s show came to K&N Engineering in Riverside, California to video
tape a segment for a program titled “The Smart way to buy eco friendly
air filters.” CEO Steve Rogers was interviewed about the importance of clean air
filters, how and when to change them, and what makes K&N air filters different from
ordinary air filters. Their camera crew had a great time working with the staff
of K&N helping them get all the video they needed for the show.

“Steve Rogers is as professional as they come,” said J. C. Summerford
Producer/Director. “During our taping, he explained K&N air filters in a way
that everyone can understand how the product works.”

She also said, “It is awesome to come to a shoot and find a team like the one at
K&N, everyone worked together at K&N to help facilitate the production process.
We expected to take all day, but everything was ready to go.”
“W” The Women’s show airs nationwide reaching 85 million households and can
be seen on ‘WE’ Women’s Entertainment, Lifetime, CNBC, American Life, Health
Living Channel and the ‘I’ Channel. Dates and times of the K&N segment will be
announced at a later date.
At the same time the taping was underway, DSport Magazine was putting together
a story for its “Test & Tune” section of the May 2008 issue. The magazine group
was in close proximity to the camera crew. It was lights, camera, action and
quiet on the set at K&N until the start of the dyno testing for DSport
Magazine. The screaming of the engine on the dyno told both media crews
something exciting was happening and each group worked together to get both
segments done.
Each month DSport Magazine tests new component parts for import performance vehicles. K&N had the hot looking high performance Mitsubishi Evo X and
one of its five dyno facilities available to test a new K&N air intake
prototype design.
“We were extremely surprised with the amount of performance the vehicle
generated with this product at K&N,” said Robert Choo,
Editor-in-Chief for DSport Magazine. With the new K&N prototype design, initial
tests resulted in a large horsepower gain, said James Yim, Business Sport Compact
Manager of K&N Engineering.

The Mahindra Scorpio is a diesel vehicle that was launched in India, but has
found a large market in Kuwait. It's combination of style, utility and luxury
have made the Scorpio a success in car clubs.
K&N's Lifetime Replacement Air Filter E-2984 for the 2003 and
2004 Diesel Mahindra Scorpio
K&N Engineering has released a replacement air filter (E-2984) for the
2004 Mahindra Scorpio with 2.6 liter diesel engine and the 2003 Mahindra Scorpio with 2.6
liter diesel engine. To add performance just remove the disposable air filter
and replace it with the K&N air filter.
Unlike disposable filters, K&N Air Filters are washable and reusable. Designed
to increase horsepower and acceleration, the
E-2984, like other K&N Diesel Air Filters, was
designed to increase horsepower and acceleration while providing excellent
filtration.
K&N air filters are engineered to
fit directly into the factory air box just like the original air filter. The simple design makes the
E-2984 an
easy performance add-on for your Scorpio. Remove the stock air filter and clean
the stock air box. Apply a small bead of the provided K&N
sealing grease to both sides of the K&N air filter then place
it into the air box and reinstall the air box lid.
Backed by the famous K&N Million Mile Limited Warranty, it will be the last air
filter your vehicle will ever need.
Scion has designed it's 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 tC for the tuner market. Its steering and suspension
have a European bias. In fact it's platform is shared with a Toyota
model that is sold in Europe. The panoramic glass moon roof is standard along
with an updated audio system that is mounted on the steering wheel.
Air Intake for the 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 Scion tC
K&N Engineering has released a high flow air intake system (69-8614TS)
with a powder coated silver tube for the 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 Scion tC 2.4 liter engine. The low
maintenance metallic finish gives this K&N system an OE appearance.
69-8614TS prototype installed in the 2007 Scion tC
K&N air intake power gain chart for 2007-2010 Scion tC.
Along with good looks comes additional performance for the engine. K&N
dynamometer tests show an 8.09 horsepower gain for the 2007 Scion tC at 5466 RPM.
The mandrel bent tube ensures incoming air has a smooth unrestricted path to the
engine.
The factory fresh air duct routes outside air to the inside area of a powder coated
steel heat shield, directly toward the K&N lifetime round tapered universal air
filter (RU-4860).
This allows the engine to breathe more efficiently, resulting in an immediate
power gain over the factory system.
The RU-4860
mounts within the heat shield, and provides virtually unrestricted airflow as it
provides superior filtration. Washable and reusable, this K&N air filter can go
up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is required.
The
69-8614TS has lower restriction than the factory air box, is designed to
improve engine performance and is easy to
install, usually in
90 minutes or less. All you need for installation are a couple screwdrivers, a socket set, pliers and an allen wrench. An illustrated instruction sheet is included to help
guide you through each step.
The entire intake system is covered by K&N's Million Mile Limited Warranty
