K&N Engineering has released several new performance induction systems for a range of makes and models in Europe and across the globe. These intakes are designed to eliminate hot air problems while providing the benefits of an open cone filter and standard air box in one unit.

These intakes are made using K&N's Apollo, a shell which houses a K&N high-flow air filter. The Apollo comes with vehicle specific attachments that allow cooler outside air to be fed into the unit. Bench air flow testing was conducted in K&N's UK facility and power gains have been consistent under most driving conditions with the Apollo. Rolling road tests also show positive power gains.

A vehicles's original factory air box can restrict air flow to the engine. K&N performance induction systems are designed to free vehicles from restriction. K&N systems replace the factory air box and the entire air path to the engine. This allows a virtually unrestricted flow of air to reach the engine for added power and performance.

K&N air intake systems come with custom mounting hardware to fit specific applications. Instructions are included with each kit in several different languages.
